Satis Omnibus Mobile App iOS & Android
Satis Omnibus installs straight to your home screen as an app — full dashboard, live signals, positions and alerts, with its own icon and offline-friendly loading. It's a Progressive Web App, so there's nothing to download from an app store.
- iPhone / iPad (Safari): open satisomnibus.com, tap the Share button, then "Add to Home Screen".
- Android (Chrome): open satisomnibus.com, tap the ⋮ menu, then "Install app" (or "Add to Home screen").
- Launch it from your home screen like any other app — enable notifications when prompted to get trade and signal alerts.
A native app-store version is on the roadmap. For now the installable web app gives you the full experience with push notifications, and updates itself automatically.
IBKR Relay Agent Required for IBKR
Connects your Interactive Brokers account to the Satis Omnibus cloud engine. The setup script handles everything — Java check, Client Portal Gateway download, and relay configuration.
- Create an Interactive Brokers account if you haven't already (paper trading available)
- Download the IBKR setup script below
- Double-click SatisOmnibus-IBKR-Setup.bat
- The script checks for Java, downloads the IBKR Client Portal Gateway, and launches the relay
- Log into the gateway at https://localhost:5000 — use your LIVE IBKR account credentials (not paper account). Click "Advanced" then "Proceed to localhost" if you see a certificate warning.
- Enter your Satis Omnibus email and password (first time only)
- Done — the gateway and relay auto-start on Windows login from now on
Windows may show a SmartScreen warning because the script is new. Click "More info" then "Run anyway" to proceed. The script installs Java (if missing), the IBKR Client Portal Gateway, and adds itself to Windows Startup so the gateway and relay auto-launch on login.

Broker Apps Required
Satis Omnibus works with Swyftx (crypto — AU/NZ), the XRPL DEX (XRP/RLUSD — decentralized, via Xaman wallet), and Interactive Brokers (stocks, forex, indices, commodities, ETFs). You need an account or wallet with at least one of these. Download their app to create your account, deposit funds, and monitor your balance.

Crypto (Swyftx) — 5 minute setup
- Create a Swyftx account at swyftx.com
- Complete identity verification (KYC)
- Generate API keys (enable Trade permission only — never Withdraw)
- Paste API Key and Secret into Satis Omnibus → Broker Keys
- Click Start Auto on your dashboard

Interactive Brokers (Stocks/Forex/Indices/Commodities/ETFs) — 10 minute setup
- Create an Interactive Brokers account at interactivebrokers.com (paper trading available to practice)
- Enter your IBKR Account ID into Satis Omnibus → Broker Keys (select "Interactive Brokers")
- Download and run SatisOmnibus-IBKR-Setup.bat from above
- The setup script installs Java (if needed), downloads the IBKR Client Portal Gateway, and launches the relay
- Log into the gateway at https://localhost:5000 — use your LIVE IBKR account credentials (not paper account). You'll need IB Key or two-factor authentication.
- Enter your Satis Omnibus email and password when prompted by the relay (first time only)
- Done — the gateway and relay start automatically. Your dashboard will show "IBKR Relay: Connected".
Important: The IBKR Client Portal Gateway and relay agent auto-start on Windows login after running the setup script. If your laptop goes to sleep, signals will still appear on the web dashboard but won't be traded until you reconnect. You need to re-authenticate with IBKR's gateway once per day (it expires the session). See the power settings guide below.
Recommended Hardware
This section is only for Interactive Brokers users who need a computer running the IBKR gateway and relay. If you're only trading crypto via Swyftx, you don't need any of this — skip to How to Use.
The IBKR Client Portal Gateway is extremely lightweight — it runs smoothly on almost any hardware. You don't need a gaming PC or expensive setup. Here's what works:

Your Daily Laptop
You can run the IBKR gateway on the same laptop you use every day. It uses minimal resources and runs quietly in the background while you work.

Power Settings (Prevent Sleep)
If you're using a laptop or desktop, make sure it doesn't go to sleep while the IBKR gateway is running. Here's how to set it up on Windows:
- Open Settings → System → Power & battery (or search "Power" in Start menu)
- Set "When plugged in, turn off my screen after" to any time you like (screen off is fine)
- Set "When plugged in, put my device to sleep after" to Never
- If using a laptop with the lid closed: search "lid" in Start menu → open "Change what closing the lid does" → set "When I close the lid" to Do nothing (for "Plugged in")
Tip: Keep your laptop plugged in at all times when running the IBKR gateway. Running on battery will eventually shut it down. A cheap surge protector is a good idea to protect against power spikes.
Internet Connection
The IBKR gateway uses very little bandwidth — a few KB per second at most. Any home broadband or stable Wi-Fi connection works fine. For maximum reliability:
- Use a wired ethernet connection if possible (more stable than Wi-Fi)
- Make sure your router doesn't disconnect idle devices
- If your internet drops temporarily, the relay will reconnect automatically when it comes back
- Your existing stop losses are stored on IBKR's servers, so they still protect you even if your internet goes down
Remember: Your stop losses are broker-enforced on Interactive Brokers. Even if your laptop loses power, your internet drops, or the gateway restarts — IBKR's servers will still execute your stop losses automatically. You're protected. The only thing that pauses is new trade entries.
Monitoring From Anywhere
Regardless of your setup, you can always monitor your trading from any device:
- Satis Omnibus Dashboard — Open satisomnibus.com in any browser (phone, tablet, computer). See your scanner, signals, positions, portfolio, and trade history.
- Swyftx App — Check your crypto balance and holdings directly in the Swyftx mobile app.
- IBKR Mobile App — Check your IBKR positions and account balance from your phone.
- Email Notifications — Get notified on every trade entry and exit (enable in dashboard settings).
You don't need your laptop to monitor — only to execute IBKR trades via the gateway relay. Everything else works from your pocket.
