By accessing or using Satis Omnibus ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Satis Omnibus is automated trading software that generates trading signals and, where enabled, executes trades on your behalf via your own broker account. We are a software provider — we do not hold, manage, or have access to your funds.
The Service does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. You should not treat any of the Service's content as such. We do not recommend that any financial instrument should be bought, sold, or held by you. Nothing in the Service is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell securities or financial instruments.
You acknowledge that:
Trading financial instruments (including but not limited to cryptocurrencies, stocks, forex, indices, and commodities) involves substantial risk of loss. You could lose some or all of your invested capital. You should only trade with money you can afford to lose. See our full Risk Disclaimer.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
When you connect a broker account, you provide API keys that allow us to execute trades on your behalf. These keys are:
You are responsible for ensuring your API keys have appropriate permissions (trade-only, no withdrawal access). We strongly recommend creating API keys with trade-only permissions and no withdrawal rights.
The Service offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial months.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Satis Omnibus and its operators shall not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Satis Omnibus and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
