IMPORTANT: Please read this entire disclaimer before using Satis Omnibus.
Trading in financial instruments — including but not limited to cryptocurrencies, equities, foreign exchange (forex), indices, and commodities — carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Before deciding to trade, you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite.
Satis Omnibus uses a systematic trading strategy that has been backtested on historical data. Backtested results are hypothetical and do not represent actual trading. There is no guarantee that the strategy will produce profitable results in live trading. Market conditions change, and strategies that worked historically may fail in the future.
Our backtest showed a 41.1% win rate — meaning 59% of trades lose money. The strategy profits overall because winning trades are larger than losing ones (profit factor 1.44). However, there can be extended periods of losses (drawdowns) that may exceed what was observed in backtesting.
Cryptocurrencies: Extremely volatile, can lose 50%+ of value in days. Regulatory changes can affect availability and value. Not protected by traditional financial safeguards.
Equities (Stocks): Subject to market risk, company risk, sector risk, and economic conditions. Individual stocks can go to zero.
Forex: Highly leveraged markets where small moves can result in large losses. Currency values are affected by economic policies, geopolitical events, and central bank decisions.
Commodities: Prices driven by supply/demand, weather, geopolitical events. Can experience extreme volatility.
CFDs (Contracts for Difference): Leveraged products where you can lose more than your initial deposit. 60-80% of retail CFD accounts lose money.
You should never invest money that you cannot afford to lose. Do not use emergency funds, borrowed money, or funds needed for essential living expenses. Consider the following before trading:
