Where we are today Live
Built, deployed, and honest. This is Phase 1 — a genuine, spot-only tool.
The roadmap
Three phases, gated by licensing. The discipline is the point.
An honest tool
- Self-serve, spot-only software on your own account
- Invite beta + waitlist
- Honest performance, published
- Pursue the FMA licence + funding (grants, incubators)
Managed service & advisers
- Personalised guidance (needs FAP)
- Managed accounts (needs DIMS)
- Copy-trading network (DIMS + FAP)
- Local adviser network — the jobs
The "Enough for All" network
- National → international adviser network
- A disciplined, diversified reserve
- Community/decentralised governance (carefully)
- Institutional-grade tooling for everyone
The big ideas
Everything we're working toward — each labelled with what it honestly is.
Managed service & copy-trading
Pending licenceThe high-value features — managed accounts and a vetted copy-trading network. Both are DIMS/FAP-licensed activities. Built as designs; switched on the day the licence lands. Anonymity is never a substitute for a verified track record.
Local advisers — creating jobs
Pending licenceVetted people helping others in their own region, in person or by phone, as authorised advisers under the Satis FAP. This is the "creating jobs" vision — real, local employment inside a licensed firm (Satis Omnibus Limited).
A disciplined reserve fund
AspirationalBuilt on the discipline of the world's best funds (Norway's GPFG, NZ Super Fund, Santiago Principles): fund from surplus, spend only the return, diversify, govern transparently. Digital assets a small governed sleeve — never the core.
A sovereign bank for New Zealand
Government proposalA bank owned by New Zealand and its people is a Crown institution — something only government can establish. We propose it; we don't own it. It stays a proposal to the RBNZ / Treasury, cleanly separate from our software company.
Decentralisation, where it's lawful
Live + futureThe decentralisation that's real today: users run the software on their own accounts and self-custody their funds. Community/token governance is a careful Phase 3 aspiration — the licensed operating entity stays a recognised company, not a leaderless org.
Education for everyone
LiveFree, honest education — sound-money principles, best-practice guides, and clear signposts to licensed advisers. The lawful way to help people manage their own money, today.
Auroria AI assistant & access to professionals
Live + licensed laterNow: Auroria explains the app, teaches general money & business concepts, helps you organise your own questions for an adviser, and signposts licensed professionals near you (adviser, accountant, lawyer). Phase 2 (post-FAP licence): personalised guidance. Also planned: AI trade explanations — Auroria explains an individual trade on request (educational only, never advice), delivered on-demand rather than auto-generated on every trade to keep AI cost sane. What it will never do: generate personalised financial advice for a professional to rubber-stamp — that isn't lawful, free or paid.
Find & prepare for a professional
Planned advice = Phase 2Two lawful parts: a neutral, region-aware directory of licensed professionals (adviser, accountant, lawyer) and free NZ services, and a printable “Meeting Brief” that organises your own information plus smart questions to take to them. The app connects and prepares; the licensed professional advises. Personalised advice from the app is Phase 2, post-licence.
XRPL — non-custodial, compliant & settlement
Live + futureLive now: non-custodial crypto trading on the XRP Ledger via the user's own Xaman wallet (XRP + regulated RLUSD) — we never hold funds. Future (licence-gated): KYC'd on-chain trading using XRPL's decentralised identity (DID) + verifiable credentials + Permissioned DEX — compliant, still non-custodial. Plus AMM-depth-aware execution (post-launch) and XRPL as a settlement/liquidity rail at institutional scale. Not a retail yield product — liquidity provision (impermanent-loss risk) stays out of the spot-only app.
The discipline behind it
Drawn from New Zealand's own economic evidence and the world's best-governed funds.
Only genuine surplus is ever invested. Runway comes first.
Preserve the capital. Draw only a conservative share of long-run return.
Broad diversification; any single bet stays small.
Santiago-Principles governance: clear mandate, independence, disclosure.
Never rely on trading alpha to fund ongoing spending — it's fragile.
Write the rules first; follow them through booms and busts.
The honest structure
- Now — a registered NZ company. Satis Omnibus Limited holds the IP, signs contracts, seeks the licence, and will employ the advisers. This is how jobs get created, lawfully.
- Decentralisation lives in the product. Users own their accounts and funds — the decentralisation that's real and lawful today.
- The sovereign bank stays a government proposal. Owned by New Zealand and its people means Crown-owned; we propose, we don't own.
- A DAO / community governance is a Phase 3 aspiration — added carefully with legal advice, never as the entity that holds the licence.
