Live from GeoNet + Open-Meteo via the platform's Early Warning layer. Ranking by your location is opt-in and stays on your device — coordinates are never sent to us. Awareness only — always defer to official civil-defence alerts.

One shared picture

A live map with tactical / satellite / nautical / NZ Topo50 layers, MGRS readouts, marks and measures — the same picture on every phone and screen, on-grid or off. Aquilla adds the wider world read (weather, hazards, awareness).

Comms that survive the network

A two-tier mesh (Wi-Fi HaLow IP backbone + LoRa beacon) plus HF for the deep field, with a PACE plan the console walks you through. Encryption on the legal ISM layer; keys rotate; relays hold none. See Comms Security.

Guard & vehicle accountability

Personnel and vehicles as live tracks on the map (position only — never a target), guard-tour check-ins, and lone-worker safety: a missed check-in raises an alert on the console. Opt-in, consented, and privacy-bounded.

Incident log & client brief

Time-stamped incident capture and a client-ready daily brief (the Wire pattern, per site) — the audit trail and the report a client actually wants, generated for you.

Multi-site operational status

One board showing each site's state — comms up/down, staff on shift, open incidents — the way the console already surfaces live operational status, scaled across sites.

It suggests; you decide. Every alert and brief is human-in-the-loop. The system watches, records and reports — dispatch, response and any action stay with your licensed operators. Nothing fires unattended.

The lines we hold

These aren't fine print — they're the design. They keep you lawful and keep the product civilian.

Observation-and-reporting only. No offensive capability, no targeting, no jamming, no autonomous action. Coordination and record-keeping — full stop. See the Acceptable Use & Safety policy.
Privacy by default (NZ Privacy Act 2020). Tracking people is opt-in, purpose-bound, notified/consented, minimised and retention-limited. We ship privacy-first defaults and lawful-use guidance; monitoring staff also carries employment-law duties.
You hold the licence; we're the vendor. Selling gear and software needs no PSPLA licence — your operation holds the Private Security Personnel licence and owns the lawful basis for every deployment. We never provide security services.
No surveillance-for-hire. We won't build or support covert or unlawful monitoring of the public or of individuals. If a use needs a warrant or a lawful basis you don't have, the answer is no.

The software is the Consilium console + Aquilla + the map + the brief pipeline, wired to your sites.
The hardware is an open, documented reference build — you can assemble it, or we assemble kits once demand is proven. No bespoke fabrication, no lock-in.
You keep control of your data, your keys and your radios. Self-hosted TAK server and local AI options for air-gapped sites.
