How it works — one codebase, two homes
The subscription is the software. It runs here on the web so you can use it immediately, and the same code runs on the mini-PC inside a Consilium Belli box when you're off-grid — so your picture and your PACE plan come with you when the internet doesn't.
Hardware is separate: buy an assembled kit or the DIY bill of materials from the catalogue. The subscription is what makes a box a working TOC rather than a pile of parts.
The honest small print
Early access. Pricing is indicative and founding-member; we're taking expressions of interest now, not payment. "Register interest" adds you to the waitlist — you'll be invited when billing opens.
What this is — and isn't. Consilium Belli is a situational-awareness and communications product for civilian use (preparedness, disaster response, expeditions, NGOs, farms, forestry). It is a separate venture from, and shares its intelligence engine with, the FMA-licence-track Satis Omnibus trading platform. The Wire and Aquilla are awareness only — not a trade signal, and not financial or investment advice.
Licences & law stay yours. Radios, HF, drones and DF each carry their own NZ rules (ham licence to transmit on HF, CAA Part 101/102 for drones, passive-only DF/ADS-B). The catalogue spells these out. No weaponisation, ever.
